Registration Information for 2020-2021 School Year

**IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION** (UPDATED)

All parents must register their student(s) for the 2020-2021 school year. This includes returning students, students coming from Bullhead City Middle School, and students coming from another school or state. We are encouraging parents to make an appointment to avoid having to wait outside due to social distancing.

*Returning Students (Students from Bullhead Middle School): Parent/Guardian must bring updated proof of residence and parent photo ID.

*Students New to the District (Not from Bullhead Middle School): Parent/Guardian must bring proof of residence, birth certificate, shot records, and parent photo ID.

Everyone: Appointments are limited to two adults and no children. You will need to fill out the appropriate forms and then will be given your username a password to continue online registration. You are required to wear a mask during your appointment. You are also required to have your temperature scanned. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
