'Keepers of the Wild' Summer Discounts for Students and Families

Message from Keepers of the Wild:

Keepers of the Wild would like to invite Mohave County students and their families to visit the park this summer. Several Mohave County schools bring their students on field trips to the wildlife sanctuary. It is our pleasure to offer a 50% discount so that students and their families that were unable to participate in a field trip may still come out for a visit.

We have been developing several educational programs focusing on the various species that live in the park. Families are encouraged to participate in these programs. The series of educational classes includes information on Conservation Status, Species Facts, Habitat, Diet, Behavior, Adaptations to the Environment and Adaptations to Living with Human Civilization. The 30 minute presentations are intended for ages 10 – adult. Children’s craft time follows the presentation. Crafts are related to the day’s topic and are simple projects made from natural or recycled materials.
